HYA Training achieves Grade 2 in OFSTED Inspection

Its official!! It’s good to learn with HYA who do all they can to transform the lives of learners!

HYA is celebrating after their recent Ofsted Inspection having achieved a Grade 2 for overall effectiveness of provision. Inspectors confirmed that there are some outstanding areas of provision that include partnership working, equality and diversity, learner achievements and care support and guidance.

HYA are delighted that Ofsted inspectors confirmed that the training provision overall helped learners to achieve their goals. Learners also confirmed that they enjoyed the relaxed, friendly and safe learning environment. They also value training that is very comprehensive and directly relevant to their work. Tutors and assessors are recognised as being extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive.

HYA are delighted to have maintained and improved the provision since the last inspection in 2006. The inspection team stated that HYA has established a very positive open and supportive culture in which all staff and learners are empowered to excel.
