HYA Training provides training and other service to employers in Hull and the surrounding communities. We help local businesses looking for new staff for junior administration, customer service and care roles and also provide training to improve the skills of existing employees.

Because we are a government funded organisation the majority of the training and recruitment services are free of charge to the employer.

We pay you to train your staff to NVQ Level 2 and 3 Qualifications.  You’re now asking, what’s the catch? Well there isn’t one… Not only does this programme provide FREE training for your staff, companies with up to 50 employees’ will be entitled to wage compensation to cover up to 70 hours “training leave” for each employee enrolled.  more…
