Looking for a longer-term employee?

Then HYA Training has the solution - HYA Training run a range of programmes from Pre-Apprenticeship, Apprenticeship, Skills Experience, Entry to Employment and they all require work placements to achieve their qualification. For some of the programmes this may only be a few weeks work taster, but for other programmes i.e. Apprenticeships we hope to see them through their qualification which could take up to 12 months.

HYA Training recommends that if you decide to take on a young person that you do this for a trial period of 2 weeks to see if the young person suits the environment and in the ideal world, we would like to see all our young people progress onto full-time employment where ever possible.
